Health Day 2018

New York State of Mind and Success Academy present a Back to School experience for the whole family in Brooklyn.

This event will feature:

- A limited supply of free back to school supplies. First come first served. Must complete six sports and health activities to receive a school supply set.
- Sports exhibitions by the New York Crusaders and other NYC metro area sports teams
- NYSoM Olympics
- Health screenings and information
